It is our goal to provide compassionate care, completely centered around our clients. Our licensed, paneled, private practitioners are experienced and known for providing an outstanding level of service. They follow a professional ethical codes, and maintain all relevant licenses, certifications, and insurances.


Bill DeFelice, LPCC-S, LICDC

Bill DeFelice has been working in the social service field for over 22 years. During this time, Bill has worked with many diverse clients, providing services including: child and adolescent behavioral concerns, family counseling, relationship counseling, ADHD, depression, anxiety, bi-polar, schizophrenia, adjustment disorders, panic attacks and anger management.

Andrea O’Brien, MEd, LPCC-S

Andrea O’Brien has been counseling and supervising mental health services in Northeast Ohio for 20 years. A graduate of The Ohio State and the University of Akron, Andrea focuses on marital and family counseling. Andrea’s work with individuals and families has included the management of anxiety, depression and trauma.

Karen Shinners, LISW-S

A graduate of Case Western Reserve University, Karen Shinners has over 20 years of experience in counseling. Karen makes a personal commitment to provide a comfortable, confidential and friendly atmosphere for her clients, helping them to empower themselves and make personal strides for both internal and external success. Karen’s areas of focus include: ADHD, anxiety or fears, depression, Bipolar Disorder, impulse control and mood disorders. She also has experience in sexuality/gender issues, children/adolescents, divorce, infertility and trauma.

Cristian Shofar, PCC-S

Cristian Shofar is a graduate of The Ohio State University. At Invision Counseling Solutions he offers individual and family counseling for adults, teens and children age 6 and older. Cristian has completed certified specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as Multisystemic Therapy, to help individuals in treatment understand the neurological reasons behind the concerns they are facing. While he works with clients in many life stages, Cristian’s specialty lies in treating depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, behavioral issues, personal and social problems, family relational and career issues.

Christina A. Sherman, MSW, LISW-S

Christy is both a dreamer and a doer; bringing passion, experience and hope to children, adolescents, adults, and families. She has experience in individual, family, and couples therapy and has worked with all ages and backgrounds.  Christy has a special interest in adolescents, couples, families, and adults with emotional and behavioral challenges.  She values the therapeutic relationship; partnering with her clients and their families to identify their strengths and remove barriers to a brighter future. Christy Sherman holds a Bachelor’s degree from Allegheny College in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan. She has been practicing clinical social work since 1999.
